Remmit Terms of Use

The agreement

Remmit is provided by DAARC LTD (UK). Use of the app is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement together with these terms.

What Remmit is — and isn't

Remmit is an organisational assistant. It reads documents you give it and schedules reminders, but it does not pay bills, submit appeals, or act on your behalf, and its extraction can make mistakes — always check the review screen. You remain responsible for your own deadlines, payments and obligations. Remmit is not financial, legal or debt advice.

Subscriptions

Remmit Pro is offered as an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription (the yearly plan may include a free trial) and as a one-time lifetime purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period, and can be managed or cancelled in your App Store account settings. Prices are shown in the app before purchase.

Focus Lock

Focus Lock is an optional, user-configured feature that uses Apple's Screen Time to shield apps you choose. You are always able to disable it in Remmit or revoke permission in iOS Settings → Screen Time. Emergency access mechanisms are provided; do not stake apps you may critically need.

Your data

Your captures stay on your device — see the privacy policy. You are responsible for keeping a backup of your device.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DAARC LTD is not liable for losses arising from missed deadlines, payments, extraction errors, or reliance on reminders. The app is provided 'as is'. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law, and nothing affects your statutory rights.
