Remmit Support

We read everything. Email support@remmit.co.uk and you'll hear back within two working days.

What is a Matter?

Anything in your life that isn't safely resolved — a bill, a refund you're owed, a form to return. Remmit tracks each one until it's genuinely done, not just checked off.

How do statuses work?

Needs attention → you act. Waiting → someone owes you a reply. Tracking → Remmit watches quietly. Marked done → you said it's sorted. Verified → there's proof. Disputed → something doesn't add up.

Why did I get a reminder after paying?

If a new letter arrives for something you marked as done, Remmit flags the contradiction instead of staying quiet — that's the whole point. Attach the receipt and Remmit will verify it against the amount for you.

How does Focus Lock work?

You stake apps you're willing to lose (social, games) using Apple's Screen Time. When your admin rules trip — anything overdue, or too many open loops — those apps are shielded until you handle things. You choose the strictness, and you can always revoke Screen Time permission in iOS Settings.

Is my data private?

Yes. Scanning, reading and understanding all happen on your iPhone. No accounts, no uploads, no content analytics. Read the privacy policy.

Subscriptions & refunds

Remmit Pro is billed by Apple. Manage or cancel in Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or request refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com. The free tier keeps working regardless — Pro just removes the 5-matter limit and adds Focus Lock.
